Strategic management is the umbrella, the core of my business, and should be yours as well. My method for cost reduction and management consulting utilizes the Six Sigma approach of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and the Lean approach. Both methodologies provide a perfect foundation for spend improvement and human capital alignment.  These methods are an effective tool in any size organization and have driven significant improvements for my clients.
